For Horse Farms & Training Facilities
Equestrian Land Services. Built for Horses.
Arena leveling and reconditioning, pasture rejuvenation, and farm drainage — land work that understands footing, hooves, and the way water moves on a horse property.
Ground Your Horses Can Trust
On a horse property, the ground is everything. Bad footing risks soundness; standing water ruins pasture and breeds problems. We level arenas to a true plane, recondition tired footing, rejuvenate pasture, and fix the drainage that causes most of it.
- Arena leveling and base reconditioning
- Footing grading and laser-leveling
- Pasture rejuvenation and re-grading
- Paddock and turnout drainage
- Farm roads, pads, and barn-site prep
Level Is Safe. Dry Is Sound.
An arena that holds water or rides unevenly is a soundness problem waiting to happen. We laser-level to a true plane, rebuild the base so footing drains instead of pooling, and grade pastures and paddocks so they dry out fast after Florida rain.
- Laser and GPS leveling for a true riding surface
- Properly built, draining arena base
- Paddock and pasture drainage that dries fast
- Equipment and care suited to working around livestock
Equestrian FAQ
Can you recondition an existing arena instead of rebuilding?
Often, yes. If the base is sound we can re-level and recondition the footing. If the base is the problem — holding water or rutting — we’ll tell you straight and rebuild only what needs it.
Why does my arena hold water?
Almost always a base or grade issue — no slope to drain, a compacted or contaminated base, or no perimeter drainage. We fix the base and grade so water sheds instead of pooling.
Do you work around horses and active barns?
Yes. We schedule and stage our work to keep livestock safe and the barn running, and we keep the site clean while we’re there.
Footing or Pasture Need Work?
Tell us about your arena, pasture, or drainage issue and your location. We’ll return a clear, itemized quote within 24 hours.
