Earthwork & Mass Grading. Engineered to Plan.
Moving and shaping earth at scale — balanced cut-and-fill, compacted lifts, and GPS-controlled grade for Florida developments, subdivisions, and commercial pads.
Big Dirt, Done to Spec
Mass grading is where schedules are won or lost. We move large volumes of material efficiently, compact in controlled lifts, and hold tight tolerances so the structures, pavements, and utilities that follow sit exactly where the engineer intended.
- Mass excavation and embankment construction
- Cut-and-fill balancing across the whole site
- Compaction in engineered lifts with density testing coordination
- Rough and fine grading to plan tolerances
- Subgrade prep for pavements, pads, and utilities

Precision Is Cheaper Than Rework
An out-of-tolerance subgrade shows up later as a cracked slab, a ponding parking lot, or a utility that won’t drain. Our GPS grade control and density coordination get it right the first time, so your follow-on trades never inherit our problems.
- GPS machine control on dozers and graders
- Density testing coordinated with your geotech
- Quantity tracking and earthwork balance reporting
- Self-performed crews — one team accountable
Earthwork FAQ
What grade tolerance can you hold?
With GPS machine control we routinely finish subgrade within a tenth of a foot, and tighter where the plans call for it. Final tolerance always tracks your civil and geotech specs.
Do you handle compaction testing?
We compact in engineered lifts and coordinate directly with your geotechnical engineer for density testing, so every lift is documented and signed off before we build on it.
Can you balance earthwork to reduce truck traffic?
Yes. We model cut-and-fill up front and balance on site wherever the design allows, which cuts import/export hauling and lowers cost.
